The location is great. Right on the corner of Arlozorov and Dizengoff. The man working at the lobby in the evening was extremely friendly and helpful, wish I got his name to put in the review.
First staff guy when we checked in was not very nice... Bring your passport. We didn't bring our passport and got hassled for a while and were told they'll have to charge us more "as Israelis" if we don't have our international passport. Finally we worked something out with a manager. Also we tried to pay in shekels and they told us they'll have to charge us more, so you need to pay in usd. Odd.
-
Location and convenience; friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; spacious suite
Given the reasonable rate, it was satisfactory and adequate and met our needs.
-
This hotel has a very good situation. Near from the beach, not far from railway station.
A bathroom was not good: very slippery floor, the old equipment.
-
The balcony and the views from it. Internet was available.
Well, the room given to me was not the one I booked initially so the price was dropped. There were some insects crawling around and when I pointed it out, they promised me another room which I was given then, the opposite of the specrtrum, the honeymoon type. So there is a variety of different caliber rooms in the same building. Parking was free, next to the hotel. A 24 hour grocery store is in 5 minute walking distance. the location is great. Also the beach is in easy walking distance.
-
very clean ,nice staff, graet location, we will come back!! we enjoyed and we made trips through the hotel.
-
I found the staff and the location to be excellent. The accomodation was broadly in line with my expectations.
Our apartment on first floor did not have curtains to block out the light
-
Great location. Parking. Room was surprisingly large
No wifi in the room - the router is servicing only ground floor. It takes about 1.5 hour to heat the water for one shower The furniture and bathroom fixtures are about 20 years old and cry for update
-
The location is very central and close to the beach. Wi-fi is working well.
Cleanliness is not at its best. Rooms are very simple and would need to be renovated.
-
Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Hotel was more budget than I thought it would be. Parking facilities weren't as imagined. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families with young children.
-
Good value for money, great location and well set-up for our needs (a place to sleep in Tel Aviv after going clubbing!).
A few broken things in the apartment (hairdryer/fan) and the light colour of the curtains made it impossible to sleep after 5.30 A.M. when the sun came up. Hotel staff were pretty aggressive about extra people in the room; a few extra joined our party last minute and the staff were not particularly accommodating of this.
-
value, near to the beach, clean rooms. This is our second time.
-
good location, very small cosy place. Great worth for money.
-
Room was very noisy. Noise from city transportation and city light were toooo much to sleep well.
Location.
-
Unobtrusive and very friendly service. Total freedom. Well-equipped, comfortable room. Quiet location close to the center. Available stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Near the sea. Very green. There is wi-fi with great speed.

The location was quite good. The personel nice enough...
The material provided in the kitchen is quite appaling... Should be totally replaced. No glasses, for instance....
